SSS ACOP Form 2026 — Easy Download, Fill Out and Submit Guide

What is the SSS ACOP Form?
The SSS ACOP form (Annual Confirmation of Pensioners) is a document that SSS pensioners must submit every year to confirm they are still alive and eligible to continue receiving their monthly pension. Without timely ACOP compliance, SSS will suspend your pension payments.
ACOP compliance is required for:
- All SSS pensioners residing abroad
- Retirement pensioners in the Philippines who are 80 years old and above
- Survivor (death) pensioners
- Permanent total disability pensioners
Note: Retirement pensioners residing in the Philippines who are below 80 years old are currently not required to comply with ACOP, unless notified by SSS.
⚠️ Important: This is an independent informational website. We are NOT the official SSS. For official transactions, visit sss.gov.ph or call 1455.

| Pension automatically cancelled | 2 years from the month of suspension |

Where can I find that new ACOP form for pensioners living abroad. What I found was the old form that your sss office rejected. Can someone email me that form at sterlinglim@gmail.com?
I already submitted my ACOP for 2025 using the old form but until now I have not received any pension since June 2025.

You failed to mention how to get the form, where to send it, what are the requirements, and how to schedule a video conference for those living abroad. I emailed your office 4 times from September, 2025 through March 8, 2026 to schedule an ACOP-VC, but I did not received any response. I am a retiree living in USA. I have done ACOP for the past 4 years through video conferencing but last year when I requested for ACOP VC, it was ignored. Then, you hold my monthly pensions for 3 months now. I hope to receive some info this time. Please let me know.
